These terms are between you and Session (Jade Matthew), London. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Session Personal is
Session Personal is a personal development app. Mara, its interactive coach, helps you practise and reflect. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care and it does not diagnose. If you are struggling, please talk to your GP. If you are in danger, call 999, or Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.
Who can use it
You need to be 18 or over.
Your subscription
- Plans are £19.99 a month or £199.90 a year, including VAT where it applies.
- New accounts get a seven day free trial. We take your card at the start and charge you on day eight unless you cancel before then.
- Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account, then Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it.
- If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next payment.
Using it fairly
Use Session Personal for yourself. Don't try to break it, overload it or get into other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you write is yours. You let us store and process it to run the app for you, as set out in the privacy notice. We will not sell it.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Session Personal running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
